With multiple coastal hurricanes and the BP oil spill, the amount of active searches for second home lake property has skyrocketed since 2009. Smith Lake’s premier sales agent, Justin Dyar had become more then a realtor, but rather the beginning of a brand. Justin Dyar was running with an outdated website, although the first business goal of superior search engine results had been accomplished. Bent Media Company established Justin’s brand identity complete with web design, improved SEO through new media, video production, and email marketing. The result is a consistently clean look that’s instantly recognizable to anyone looking to live on the water at Smith Lake. Justin Dyar is continuing to dominate the Lewis Smith Lake second home sales scene.

Bent Media Company worked with the Taylors Ferry’s team to develop an online site that relayed the dream of living on Lake Bankhead. Taylors Ferry is located 37 minutes from downtown Birmingham, AL, yet is virtually unknown. Our business goal consisted of providing quality leads to the sales staff for a One Day Sale event. The primary objective was capturing people actively looking for the Taylor’s Ferry type product. Bent Media designed all aspects of the digital marketing, including a new website, targeted online advertising, monthly listing management, and HTML marketing. On the day of the sale, with only 20% of the total advertising budget spent with Bent Media, we were able to supply 65% of the leads. Of that 65%, 82% purchased land. The developer sold 70% of the land in one day as a direct result of our efforts. The Taylors Ferry project was highly successful, with 70% of the lots selling in one day!

vrichards.net
Bent Media Company worked with V. Richards Market to develop and implement a marketing concept for their independent label, Good Dog ™, which consists of gourmet coffees, candles, wines, t-shirts and re-usable, eco-friendly shopping bags. Our concept included development of the “Ultimate Doggie Bag” giveaway, a monthly drawing for a “Doggie Bag” full of Good Dog ™ products. In order to be entered in the drawing, customers were asked to sign up for the V. Richards online newsletter. The goal of the giveaway was three-fold: 1. Promote the Good Dog ™ brand. 2. Increase website traffic and 3. Grow the V. Richards email database. To accompany the giveaway, we introduced Good Dog take-home dinners and used a popular email-based coupon program to promote them. The coupon campaign generated 553 sales, a great jump start to the sale of Good Dog take-home dinners. In addition to creative concepting for the Good Dog label, Bent Media Company worked with V. Richards to incorporate an e-commerce component to their website.
